Manhattan West is one of New York City’s most complex and ambitious mixed-use developments, transforming an active rail yard west of Penn Station into a fully integrated commercial, residential, hospitality, and public-realm destination. The project required unprecedented coordination across multiple city agencies, phased approvals, and highly technical code and zoning strategies.
